Working with Vibha Henna Art

In a small departure from my usual wellness content comes a few adjacent gratitude posts for the Toronto and GTA Wedding Vendors who went above and beyond for us during our wedding week. Check out the vender below and give them a shout - I highly, HIGHLY recommend their work. I hope my gratitude for them shines through.

Vibha Henna Art provided us with 2 mehndi artists for our mehndi party. Vaibhavi, whose contact email is provided, has a collective of artists that she works with for mehndi events like ours. She’ll work with you to schedule junior or senior artists for your event - while each artist generally has the same ability and intricacy to their work, junior artists will tend to be a touch slower at their designs. If you have less guests, this might work well for you, and save you on some of the hourly costs for the night.

We had upwards of about 70 guests who wanted their mehndi done that night, and so we went with two senior artists, who took about 5-7 minutes per guest. Folks like my mother, (pictured above), had more intricate designs done, which took a bit longer, but most guests had simpler line or mandala-based designs done. All of the art came out beautifully!
