Supporting students and youth by keeping it current.

Mindfulness in Schools, Youth Groups, and Clubs

Children are some of the most engaging souls to walk our planet, but this quality tends to be disrupted as we grow into teens and adults with busy lives and too many thoughts. As a young wellness practitioner, I’ve got a better idea of how to support students with mindfulness by using techniques that are current and engaging.

Let’s give students the tools and support they need…

…to understand their feelings and discomforts as they arise.
We begin all sessions for students with an introduction into mindfulness, but wrap this knowledge into engaging subject matter.
We can customize the below sessions and create new ones to your specifications, depending on what students and youth need.

”Thanks Bhumika !!! My grade 11 class loved your mindfulness and hip hop workshop. The students were engaged and loved the elements of story telling, self reflection and empowerment built into the presentation. Challenging to engage an audience on line and you did it amazingly!! Thanks again and can’t wait for the next workshop.”
